What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, phone number (if given), and your message. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and approximate location, used only to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have requested it, to schedule and deliver your automation audit. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to newsletters without explicit consent.
Form processing
Forms on this site are processed on our own servers. Your submission is stored securely in this website's database and a notification is emailed to our team. We do not pass form submissions through third-party form services.
Spam protection
To stop automated abuse, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Cloudflare receives your IP address and limited technical signals from your browser in order to confirm you are a person. Cloudflare processes this data as our provider and does not use it to build advertising profiles. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details of their handling.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rfneo.ai.
Cookies & analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@rfneo.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
