Why is the Gap Finder free?

What if the automation doesn't work as promised?
Every build has defined acceptance criteria agreed before we start, “answers these 20 call types correctly,” “responds to every lead within 60 seconds.” You don't pay the final invoice until it meets them.
Do we need technical staff to maintain it?
No. Systems are built to run unattended, documented in plain English, and covered by the optional retainer. Most clients never touch anything.
How do you handle our data?
Everything is built inside your accounts under your control. We access only what the build requires, sign NDAs as standard, and follow opt-in/opt-out rules for all customer communications.
